From the baghouses for the kiln to the forced air cooler on a cement plant, from the water-cooled canopy hood to the baghouse for a steel mill, from the interconnecting ductwork to the outlet stack, AAF has the answers for every step of the process. We have expertise in the following areas of production, some of them with extreme process temperatures, high humidity and corrosive content, explosion risk and high abrasive characteristics such as:

 

Kiln & Raw Mill, Clinker Cooler, Alkaline Bypass, Coal & Petcoke Mill, Cement Mill, Electric Arc Furnaces, Blast Furnace, Basic Oxygen Furnace, Cast House ventilation, Sinter Plant Exhaust, Coke Pushing, Secondary Steelmaking, Non-Ferrous Smelting including Aluminium, Lead, Zinc and Brass.

In addition to the basic gas cleaning equipment, AAF can provide supplementary engineering services, power distribution systems, control & instrumentation, gas coolers, dust conveying equipment, and other equipment which may be required to design a complete de-dusting system.


Our pulse-jet FabriPulse XLC and reverse air AmerTherm baghouse designs are engineered according to your specifications. If high temperature applications are required, we are able to design up to 288°C. AAF’s experience list includes de-dusting systems for cement plants, steel mills, waste incinerators, ferroalloy applications, biofuel plants, syngas filtration and coal-fired power plants.
